Because tipping starts with the right machine. The Vegniek RotoMaster 200 is the compact forward tipping box rotator, specially developed for smaller box sizes, such as bulb boxes. Ideal for use in any season, both inside the barn and out in the field.
The machine is supplied as standard with a top clamp for boxes of 1.2 or 1.5 meters.
Unique to this box rotator is that it has no pivot points on the sides of the box, allowing for easy piking of boxes from the row. The top clamp can be fully reclined, so that several boxes can be transported simultaneously. There is no damage to boxes because the box is fully supported when rotating. Due to the short frontal extension length, the capacity is up to 30% higher than with other box rotators.
Due to its compact design, the width of the crate tipper is only 1140 mm.
Thanks to the quick-release coupling, the tilter can be quickly and safely attached to a forklift, lift mast, or telehandler. The hydraulic system is designed in such a way that operating errors are excluded
